FAQs
Is this league right for my skill level?
Absolutely! When we say all are welcome, we truly mean it.
Our participants span multiple generations, and we offer many coed opportunities. Skill levels vary widely — from players brand new to the game to recent Division I graduates.
Some opportunities are designed for more competitive players, while others focus on bringing the local field hockey community together, regardless of age or playing experience. We’re happy to help you find the option that’s the best fit for you.
I haven't played in a while... is that okay?
Yes! You’re definitely not alone.
Plenty of players join us after a long break from the game. Whether it’s been a few years or over a decade, we will happily welcome you back to the field in a low-pressure environment.
My schedule is really busy. What options do you offer?
Flexibility is built into our programs. We offer options for players who want to play on a set team through full enrollment, as well as players who may make fewer than 50% of the games—or have unpredictable schedules—who are welcome to drop in week to week.
A large portion of our community balances busy schedules, travel, and family life. There’s no set attendance requirement — we only ask for communication around absences so we can ensure everyone gets a quality playing experience.
Does everyone need to pre-register?
Yes! Links to our required pre-registration forms are in each monthly newsletter, (Subscribe HERE). Because our adults have such busy schedules, we make our field reservations and teams based off pre-registration numbers so those still waiting for work schedules and kids' sports schedules can take a full look at the more final calendar before making a financial commitment.
How much does it cost to play?

I'm just home for college break... can I play?
Definitely! In fact, we invite college students to join us for free over winter break. Some tournaments we enter will have current NCAA restrictions (which apply to freshman, sophomores, juniors, and seniors still in season), but our club does not.
